The Baseball Consigliere
What is a consigliere? The consigliere has traditionally been an adviser or counselor to a boss, with the additional responsibility of representing the boss in important meetings within the boss’s family or with other families or business associates. The consigliere is a close, friend and confidant that is well respected and can always be trusted by the family.
You, our customers, are my valued family and I am here to help you throughout the time of this contest. I am here to provide you:
1. Advice on site information such as knowing that you can create one user/member profile and enter in multiple teams with the same login. A friendly piece of advice never hurts, if you know what I'm saying.
2. Give you my predictions during the MLB regular season. But I have to tell you - sometimes one of my lesser associates may push his way in with a blog of his own. So beware of mixed signals!
3. Answer your questions & provide my valuable opinions about players in our Home Run Derby or anything else you want to talk about every week!
So go ahead, step forward and ask the consigliere for some advice or guidance on this year’s Home Run Derby, but remember that I very well may expect you to return the favor in the future!
